Earn $120 Driver Attendance Bonus

AT MW BOSTON DELIVERY, NOW WE ARE OFFERING A $120 DRIVER ATTENDANCE BONUS TO ALL DSPS AT OUR STATION.

How to Qualify?

Any DA who completes at least four routes in a standard Amazon Delivery Week between Weeks 42 – 52. The bonus will be paid as a lump sum but equates to an extra $3 per hour (assuming completion of at least four 10-hour routes within one week) and an additional $50/day if works on the fifth and sixth day.

FAQ:

Q1: How do you determine the total days worked by Drivers for the bonuses? We will determine the number of Drivers who complete at least four routes in a standard Amazon Delivery Week through the Amazon Delivery App and will make corresponding payments to you. Routes executed in support of other delivery stations (Temporary Cross-Station Operation (TCO) Routes) will not be included in this incentive. As is standard, weeks are measured from Sunday – Saturday.

Q2: Will the bonus impact Driver overtime rates? Yes, the Driver Attendance Bonus is considered a non-discretionary bonus, which must be included in a Driver’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of calculating overtime pay. As a reminder, DSPs are able and encouraged to offer more than the Amazon-provided Driver Attendance Bonus as they wish.

Q3: Do the four routes have to be completed in four consecutive days in order for the Driver to be eligible for financial support? No, the days do not have to be worked consecutively, but they have to be all in one 7-day Amazon delivery week (Sunday – Saturday).

Q4: Are helpers eligible for the Driver Attendance Bonus? No, helpers are not eligible for this bonus.
